We strive to help women reconnect with their bodies, fostering self-trust and understanding. This journey leads to a healing and transformative reconnection with oneself.
With roots in occupational therapy and a Master's degree in Integrative Medicine, I consider myself an integrative pelvic floor therapist. Integrative pelvic floor therapy takes a whole-body approach to addressing issues related to the pelvic floor—the muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues that support the pelvic organs.
I take an individualized approach, drawing from occupational therapy, corrective exercise, nervous system regulation, and when appropriate, mindfulness, nutrition, and lifestyle shifts.
By recognizing how the pelvic floor interacts with systems like digestion, hormones, the nervous system, and movement patterns, this approach supports long-term healing and overall well-being for those navigating pelvic floor challenges.
